“Can’t add songs to Collaborative Playlist”

What doesn’t work:

- Adding songs to a collaborative playlist on any platform or by a free or premium user

What does work:

- Private playlists work completely fine

- Following the collaborative playlist

- Viewing and previewing the songs in the collaborative playlist

My Question or Issue

How to resolve this issue in case it happens again in the future?

 

What I tried:

- Restarting All Devices

- Tried adding songs on the Desktop, Mobile and even the Web Player

- Tried adding songs to collaborative playlists of both free and premium users

- Made sure I was set to a collaborator, not listener

Note: All other members of the playlist don’t seem to be affected by the same issue

 

The issue still stands. Please get back to me ASAP.

Thanks for posting in the Community and the descriptive explanation of the issue.

 

Do you think you could prepare a short video of the described experience, because then we will be able to exactly narrow down on the obstacles?

 

We're basing this reply on the assumption, that you've already gotten a link to become a collaborator of the playlist and the owner of the playlist has not revoked your collaborator rights.
