Can't connect to spotify web player

When I go on the web player everything is fine. But after few seconds a mesage appears : it says that it can't connect to spotify and is trying again.

What should I do?

I visit  my parents this week-end and I can see that spotify is working perfectly.

So I think my problem come from my internet connection.
