Can't get past the Flash pop up window, web player not loading.

I've logged out, logged in, started from the website and from a bookmark, turned off the ad blocker, cleared the cookies and cache, but can't get past the Flash pop up. The player loads the left controls but not the main page. Help?

Can you check if you have flash enabled within Chrome?

1. Open up chrome
2. Navigate to chrome://plugins.
3. Make sure Adobe Flash is enabled and "Always allowed to run".

This solved the issue for me. It seems the latest Chrome update disabled flash from automatically running.

Flash was enabled but I went into the plug-ins page and clicked "Always Run", which opened the page right up. Until today, I'd never had to check the Flash setting but perhaps something in Chrome changed? Either way, that did it. Thank you!

That issue came out with the latest Chrome update, so yes - something in Chrome changed. 🙂

Dreadlord, you are the BEST! After 2 weeks of trying to figure out why I kept getting the "enable flash" message,you saved the day with your advice. I did what you suggested and now I have my music back...thank you so much!
