Can't listen on multiple devices on same network

I have several Amazon Echo's and Google Home's in my apartment and whenever I ask one to play music, it gives me an annoying message that it's being used elsewhere and then shuts off the other device. I want to be able to listen on multiple devices in my home. How do I set this up?? Is it possible??
