Cannot tell echoDot to play music via speech

Hello,

i have a problem with playing music with my Premium-Family-Account when trying to tell my EchoDot via speech to play a title.

The Spotify-app on my android-phone is connected to Alexa.

Spotify is set a default music-service in alexa.

When i say "Alexa play Metallica" then only music from Amazon music is played.

When i say "Alexa play Metallica on spotify" the Alexa says: "Dein Spotify Konto unterstützt das Streamen von auf diesem Gerät nicht"
(Your spotify account does not support streaming on this device)

But when using the spotify-app on my mobile then i can play music on my echo-device. So its only not working via voice.

What can be the problem?
