Cant Access Hulu From Spotify

I have a spotify premium student account and I activated my free hulu account about a year ago. I don't really watch things on Hulu so, naturally, I forgot about it. I now want to access my Hulu account and when I go to my account page, click "Your Sercices", and click "Start Watching" on the Hulu tab I'm brought to a Hulu page to sign in to Hulu. I logged into at Hulu account but I still couldn't click a "Connect with Spotify" button or something. The Hulu account I'm logged into may not be linked with Spotify, so I may have to recover a Hulu account, but I don't know how. Anyway, any help is appreciated, and I'm happy to supply any more information.

Could you try using another browser instead? Also try in an incognito window. 

Make sure that the email address you're using for Hulu account matches the one on the Spotify account.
