My Question or Issue

Eu ganhei em novembro um cartão presente, tentei usar agora mas aparece uma mensagem dizendo que o cartão é inválido. A compra do cartão foi feita em novembro e todos os caracteres estão corretos, mas ainda assim eu não consigo resgatar

Hope you don't mind us replying in English!

If the card was purchased in another country, you won't be able to redeem it.

In case you've bought it from the same country you reside in though, it's worth doublechecking the characters.
Some of them like '1' and 'i' and 'O' and '0' can sometimes be mistaken for one another. More info about this can be found here 🙂

yes, it was bought in the same country. and the characters are correct, I copied the code directly from the message I received
