Chrome enabled protected content but still can't load the player

I keep getting the Enable player in your browser. I followed the step for chrome and it is actually already allowing playing of protected content. 

Allowed an exemption for spotify to load flash incase that was the issue, tried incognetio. Nothing seems to work.

Firefox is fine, apart from playing up this morning.
