[Chromecast] not playing a/o pausing while connected to Chromecast

When connecting to a chromecast and starting to play music (i. e. progress bar on the phone runs after pushing Play), speakers stay mute.

Sometimes music starts playing for 5 secs before pausing, playing, stopping againg aso.

I'm on latest CC-firmware and newest spotify version, tried factory resets, streaming from two different phones (Samsung S7, Pixel 2), with different premium family accounts. 

Please provide support!
