Clicked the shuffle button and nothing happens...

My Question or Issue

When I press the shuffle button it does nothing, I tried closing the app, restarting my Chromebook but nothing. The button is just not working... any tips?

At first, we recommend logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in. This is often overlooked but can be helpful in cases like this.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you try using a different connection, like another WiFi network or a mobile hotspot, and let us know if that makes any difference?

If the issue persists, could you try using an incognito window? If your Chromebook is Play Store enabled, try downloading the Android app instead.
