Complete change of playlist

1. So my problem is that a playlist that I recently started to listen to again got complete changed. It was a playlist by Spotify it's called workout beats with a running woman in the cover. I liked the music and listened to it a lot but a few days ago it got almost completely changed from a mix of pop, remixes and a little bit of rap it's now almost entirely rap. My question is if there is any way to get the old playlist back ? Or maybe just the song names so I can create one my own with those songs. I can't remember all the songs because it got changed like a day after I stared to listen to it. Maybe there is something like a playlist Archiv ? If not then thanks for your help .
