Hi there I need some help im on a chrome book that is owned by my school and everytime i log into spotify (keep in mind it is unblocked) i keep getting a notification saying oops something wrong with the playback reload the page and it doesn't help at all i need help.

Are you able to reinstall the app?

 

Have you tried using the web player? 

 

Does it work fine in any other school's computers?

Yes it works on other laptops but each person only gets one and I use web
browser yes

I use the web player as in the site the school removed the ability to
download anything after people were wasting their data like crazy.

Ok, so you need to make the web player work properly, right?

 

Have you tried using several browsers?
