Could you help me out

Hi I recently signed up for the Spotify 1 Month Free Trial and I honestly I like Spotify alot but I dont use it as much as what I thought and when I wasnt able to deactivate my account in time before they started charging me so does anyone know how to get a refund and deactivate my account? I'd really appreciate it

Hi, I would contact Spotify support directly using this Support Form. When you get an email, please reply, even if it has a no-reply address...someone from Spotify will get back with you more quickly (usually within 24 hours) and see what they can do to help.

 

You can cancel your subscription from here, but you'll definitely need to email them about your refund request.

Hi my name is Crystal I'm running an android lg optimus I received an email from spotlight asking if I would like an additional 30day trial on top of the 7 day trial I was already on and I signed up and filled it out and now a day or two past my 7day trial it's telling me that my trial is over where did my additional 30days go it has only been the week of my 7day so I'm curious how does 7 days add up to 30 for my free trial to be over

Answers would be nice cause now I can't listen to anything with out it popping up to upgrade to premium now

And sorry first message above says spotlight lol. Auto correct is so funny it supposed to say spotify emailed me with the additional offer
