My Question or Issue

Hi there,

I've been trying to set up a new podcast for the past day or so, and I'm having problems with basically everything. I downloaded the Spotify for podcasters app, but every time it asks me to verify my email, I go to do so, it opens up in my browser and everything seems to be going ok, until I get back into the app and try to publish an episode. When I do that, it keeps asking me to verify my email again, even though I've just done so. I've done this several times, and I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing works.

Then, I ended up being able to publish an episode using the web app, but when I try to link the RSS feed to other podcasts distribution services, they all say that it's an invalid link.

I've tried everything in my power to try and fix this, and nothing works. Please help.

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

I understand that you're having trouble with Spotify for Podcasters. I suggest that you contact the dedicated support for Podcasters on this page.

If you haven't published any episodes yet and just set up the podcast, then you can try deleting your Spotify for Podcasters account with the Podcast. Then setup a fresh one to avoid any cache issues with your account or with a different email.

Please note that this is from my personal experience/opinion of the service and for the official process you can check out this support page.

Let me know if you need anything else.
