[Discover] Rediscover Weekly

I subscribed to "Rediscover Weekly" and every week that passes i find multiple identical rediscover playlists in my list.

How can i prevent this from happening?

I tried to unsubscribe from the 3rd party app and then subscribe again, but this only adds one duplicate to the list every time I do it.
