My Question or Issue

I have followed the steps from previous thread regarding this issue (unfollowed, unlogged, logged back and followed) none of this helps. I can See my weekly playlist from 2016 that I am tottaly sick of. I tried to log in to my playlist from website but then this happened (screenshot nr 2). Can you solve my issue? What to do now?
