Do Playlists containing stations update?

My Question or Issue

 I created some playlists with genres that are not officially recognized by spotify and added some differents artist stations to them. I am simply wondering if when I add stations to these playlists if the playlist updates as time goes on (like the stations do) or if they will keep the same songs as when i first added the station to any of them.
