Edit Home Screen??

Listened to some dating podcasts years ago using Spotify and now my home screen has half naked women on it (new episodes) and my 6yr old daughter is asking me why that is... Can you please let us edit the home screen so to add/remove stuff or have stuff stop showing up (hide). This isn't too much to ask?

Have you followed the podcasts in question? If you unfollow them, they should disappear from the What's New & New Episodes sections!
