I'm playing a song and by the minute 1:35 it sounds like a scratched CD.

Can you try and play the same songs on both a different device and a different Spotify account?

If the same issues happens, something might have gone wrong on the song's distributor end.

For instance, there might have been issues when managing or uploading to Spotify the audio-file of the song. This would explain why it sounds like that on Spotify.
