Error message when playing offline

Error message when playing offline

I need to listen offline because there is no WiFi at work. All music is properly downloaded. Offline is set in Playback. It will work for days with no problem. Then I’ll get an audio message saying “To use this feature, make sure you are connected to WiFi”. This is infuriating me. All my settings are correct. Music is downloaded. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Keep in mind that you need to go online at least once every 30 days to keep your downloads. It sounds like this might be casing the issue with the message that you need to go online.

 

This is a requirement so Spotify can collect play data to compensate artists.

 

If you do online more often and you meet that requirement, could you let us your phone's Spotify version and, if possible, if you experience this on other devices?
