I have a Spotify premium account that uses Facebook for my login. Every time I go to the following screen to generate my device username/password to use Sonos, it then sends me to the "set device password" screen, but all that screen shows is my account profile, and no option to generate any password. My friend went to this same exact url using her Spotify non-premium and it offered to generate her device password and send to her email. HELP. I'm in an endless loop with this.
Just get in touch with the Spotify team using the online contact form and they will be able to send you a password email manually. If you get an automated email reply directing you to the community, just reply directly to that email and your reply will be picked up by a member of the team.
