Extended streaming history

I asked for my extended streaming history, got a link and downloaded my data, but the only file i got with this link was the pdf one called "read me first". Is there anything i could do to get the json files ?

Scroll down to the end on their support site and you can see more info on the privacy and an email address to check out, I think they can send it again
