Firefox won't load webplayer captcha

Version: Firefox 51.0.1

Platform: Windows

Form: Web Player

The captcha image never loads when I try to log in. I can enter my credentials correctly and all the site does is shake the image and give me the error: "Authentication failed. Please try again." 

How am I supposed to log in to make my account work? Note I'm not using Facebook, it's not an option with my proxy.

Hey @Verdandi! Welcome to the community!

That proxy might be blocking the captcha services. Could you try to use a different connection and see if that works?

I can log in via Chrome, but Chrome doesn't work (as noted in another thread).

IE has worked. 

I use the same proxy settings for all browsers. 🙂

Haha, alright! I think your proxy might be blocking connections to Spotify. Could you try to use a different connection (without proxy)? Can you use the Web Player then? Let me know!
