Foreign Language song library

This may be a random question that cannot be answered but I'll ask anyway! I pay for Spotify premium and generally find every song I'm looking for (a few exceptions being artists that don't want their catalogue on it). But the problem I have is when it comes to finding foreign language songs, mainly Spanish and Latin American. I never find the version I want from the original artist so I end up listening to crappy cover versions. I've looked and the only option it gives me is to change my country settings which I don't want to do! Is it to do with that (is the foreign language music library not available for the UK?) or does Spotify's library generally not have some of these well known songs? Any help will be appreciated!!!
