Friend Activity not working properly

My Question or Issue

It's pretty self-explanatory from the attachment I've included. At first, my friend activity list only displayed 3 of my friends, though supposedly I have 10-ish friends using Spotify. But then I tried to reinstall Spotify to fix this but it didn't change, did it again and this happens – it suddenly asks me to enable "Share my listening activity on Spotify" despite I have already turned it on – I always had. And my friend activity is gone entirely. Please help me out, it's been already 2 months since this happened. Thanks.

There have been a few changes to how Friend Activity works recently. Please refer to this thread for more info.
