Full version of audiobook

Full version of audiobook

I cannot access the full version of a book. Im only getting 5 mins in each chapter. I am the account manager.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

To investigate this further, can you send us the following:

  • The model, OS version, and Spotify version of the device this occurs on.
  • The name of the audiobook.
  • A short video of how things look on your end.

It would also be helpful if you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check if the same happens on a different device/the web player.
  • If it doesn't, you can try logging out and back in a couple of times and/or reinstalling the app.
