Gift card pin doesn't work and I'm crying :)

so yesterday I bought myself a giftcard (I always do that, but normally for 1 month) for 3 months (so I paid 30€). Today I typed in the pin and stuff and at first it worked, there was the green button "redeem code" (I'm German btw and I'm not really sure how it's in English but I hope you guys get what I mean). Then I clicked on the green button and it was loading and loading and loading and I was getting kinda scared and then suddenly the red message came on the screen "Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service." I tried it again and again - same result. So I went to the support and read the tips.

Yes, I am sure I typed everything correctly.
Yes, I bought it in this country (Germany).

Yes, the card is 100% activated.
Yes, I looked at the receipts and I didn't use the code yet.

So what the **bleep** am I going to do now? I mean I paid 30€ and this will not be for nothing! I thank you for your help (I really hope you can help me) and hope you understood what I mean, my English is not perfect, I'm only 16 and I'm not a native speaker c:
