Google Home Mini Spotify Promo Issues

My Question or Issue

I was excited when I saw Spotify was giving away free google home minis. I redeemed it as soon as I saw it. Little did I know the address google input for my delivery was incorrect. Well the mini was already shipped. So I contacted google about the issue and they said since it was a promo I needed to contact Spotify and send them proof of me trying to redeem the mini and that Spotify would send me a new promo code. Contacted Spotify and then was told from them to contact Google. So now I have no idea if I can even get a Google Home mini anymore at this point. Not sure what to do with Google and Spotify giving me the wrap around.
