Congratulations, today I find the application, turn on the music, but there is no sound! A second later the program crashes. Reinstalling the application did not help. (Premium subscription)

Hi! 12 android, Spotify version -8.7.34.1312.
Unfortunately, I can't test on another device, but Spotify lite works well.

Could you also confirm what is the brand/model of your actual mobile device, so we can advise you better?
We're asking the above in relation to a similar Ongoing issue with certain type of Android devices (Vivo) that recently got fixed and you can read about it in the thread here. If this also applies to your case, then please follow the specific status message and instructions posted on that thread.
