How Are Spotify's Traditional Public Performance Royalties Calculated?

I can't seem to find an answer to this. I've searched nearly all of Google, contacted collection agencies, and even contacted Spotify support, and no one has a good answer.

How in the world does Spotify calculate their traditional public performance royalties (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR) on a per-stream basis (or any basis for that matter)?

There's info all over the place for what Spotify and other interactive streaming services pay for mechanical royalties per stream, but near nothing for this.
