How can I be a music reviewer

i tried to apply in Spotify Music Reviewer but it leads me to another page and it doesn't provide the form I have to complete

Spotify doesn’t have an official way to become a music reviewer, if you have found a link that mentions Spotify does, then I would not recommend clicking on the link as it may be fraudulent. Any music reviewing service that you sign up for isn’t endorsed or supported by Spotify.
