Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!
You can change the language of the Spotify website by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page and clicking on the region in the bottom right corner:
In case you meant the Web Player, you can change the language either from your profile's settings in the top right corner (if you're logged in), or from the bottom left corner of the page (if you aren't logged in).
If you're using a VPN, I'd suggest disabling it as well.
