How do I sort playlists by recently added on Android Auto?

I know how to sort a playlist so that recently added songs are at the top of the playlist on my mobile app, but Android Auto doesn't reflect that sorted playlist. How do I do this on Android Auto so I can easily select a more recently added song?

Same here! After trying all I could, I'm here looking for answers, but none of them seem to address this. The order of the playlist appear correctly through the AA UI, but the play order is messed up, idk if it's in random or not, but it's definitely not the correct one. I click to play the first song of the playlist, which is the most recent added one, but then the next ones comes from all over the playlist :/.

How is it possible that this hasn’t been done in three years? It’s literally a task that should take an afternoon for someone who knows how to code. Let’s be generous and say a week. But three years?? That’s insane. This shouldn't even be "voted" it's just a standard feature of any playlist on any plateforme ever ffs
