Hey @snapperock,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We'd like to add some insights. So, you'll receive a receipt in your email only when you start a trial offer or make your first payment for a new subscription.

After that, you can view your receipts by logging into your Account page> receipts. If you have already made your first payment for a new subscription or trial, you can continue viewing your receipts on your Account page.

We hope you found this helpful. Let us know if you need anything else.

What the user is asking, and me too, is for a Legal Invoice with our VAT details so we can use it for TAX/Businesses purposes.

How can be that a Company offers a paid service but don't issue invoices???

Hi @LuisVG,

Thanks for reaching out. Spotify is intended for personal use only, so the receipts are the only payment documents issued. We do not offer invoices with VAT details. This information along with the suggestion of @AlejaR can be seen in this article.

Hope this clears things up,

Our TV's provider services, for example, are also for personal use and we have monthly invoices issued with purchases' VAT details. Why Spotify should not do the same? Have you a legal exception that we, users, unknown?

I'll pursue this issue with legal advisors.
