How to create an new idea?

I can't find how to create a new idea not by any stretching of my imagination. I miss a button like "Create Idea". Thanks

First you have to search for *something*, in the Spotify Community landing page.

After that you'll see the "Submit a brand new idea" button at the bottom of the results page.
