How to log out on ps4

Is it possible to log out on ps4 ?, I'd like to log in with another account. It seems impossible. Even if I uninstall the app, I'm automatically reconnected.

This is a problem I'm having as well, as my PS4 won't recognize my account's country change until I log out. (Well, I assume logging out would fix the problem.) Not even clicking "sign out of all devices" will help.
