Premium Offline

Hi guys!

This is driving me crazy. I have a premium account and ninety percent of the time, my newly added songs will fully play and then are not saved to play offline. Can anyone help me out?

Spotify player will not play any songs that I have as a local file.

My spotify will not play any songs that I have as a local file.Though, if it is NOT a local file, it has no problem playing the track.Why is this? Is there something that I can do to fix this problem?

Spotify on Windows phone not a background app?

When I listen to Spotify and get a call and that takes longer than a few minutes Spotify is closed. I don't see Spotify in the list of background apps, so I assume that this is the reason.Is there a reason for not registering as a background app?

Songs keep getting cut off in sonos

I just upgraded to premium for the Sonos link and I am VERY unsatisfied. While all other services work flawlessly, yours CONSTANTLY loses connection. Please advise.
