How to set External SD as Offline Storage - Windows 10 Phone

I have seen lots of posts, and feature requests for this, but it is already available to do.

If you already have Spotify Installed

if you have the default app location set to the internal storage then...

go to Settings > System > Storage

select "This Device"

select "Apps & Games"

scroll down to  spotify and select it

click on move and choose "SD Card"

depending on if you already have offline music it may take some time - be patient.

You will need to restart the phone when complete as Spotify wont open until you have.

If you havnt already got spotify installed

go to settings > system > storgage

temporaraly change the default app location to the SD Card

install spotify from the store

go back and change the new app install location to This Device
