Did you by chance link your Spotify account to a friends PS? If so just text, or call, or scream to your friend to sign you out of your Spotify account on that PSN, the Spotify account on his/her PS so you can now link it to your PSN? 🙂 Only one PS at a time can be linked to a Spotify account at anyone given time. And using sign out from all devices from the Spotify account pages will not help here, you have to have that account either logged out of that PS in order to link it with another PS. And also Spotify CS can not unlink these accounts for you either, the PSN is a closed system.

I have found something that does work actually instead of doing that. Go to this link and you can unlink Spotify with PSN. Anyways good luck Have a nice day.
