I can't open an open.spotify.com link to a playlist on desktop

I have this link https://open.spotify.com/user/wahuneds/playlist/1Cv7xYJFnsJ6GhpGzkm6Eo?si=GpuAOizkTP-3UYdP-_JzvQ 

Chrome just says this site can't be reached when I click on it. Other open.spotify.com links seem to cause the same problem. I was able to open it fine on my phone. I tried deleting the ? and everything after it, but that didn't change anything. Any ideas?

Update: one of those in browser players appeared in my post so now I can play the playlist and it opened in spotify, but the link still doesn't work.
