I have premium individual and my time capsule wont show up

On the spotify website it says that sound capsule works on every sub but premium mini. I have a premium individual and my sound capsule wont show up anywhere. Why is that?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

Keep in mind that Your Sound Capsule is currently only available in Brazil, India and Indonesia. If you're not located in any of these countries, it's expected that you won't be able to find the feature. 

 

We'd suggest checking out this article for more information about this specific feature. 

 

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.
