I need to FORGET a device

I know normally people are having trouble connecting, but I actually need to FORGET a device!

I helped set up a friends Heos system and now his speaker I used to test is showing as an available device all the time.

Hello! Welcome to the community!

I don't know if this will work with Heos, but you can try going here and clicking "Sign out everywhere". This will disconnect your account from every device you logged in.

Maybe it did work. Seems to be gone now. Maybe the other guy signed in with his and connected it.
