My Question or Issue
So late April, I ordered some merch ("Black Pleasure" LP [PINK] from Cities Aviv), and on the Spotify shop page, it said it should have shipped within 3-5 business days, but it's been 3 months, and I haven't gotten any emails about the order's status (shipping, order confirmation, etc.). I'm not sure if it's something I should take up with Spotify support (if it is, then how should I approach it?), because, since I have not received an email about order confirmation, I have no link to the company that I placed the order from...
