Issues with web player

Issues with web player

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing issues with my spotify not working on the web player. I will click on a song, playlist, album, artist, etc... and it will play for a quick sec and show that its playing, then skip to the next song, and repeat until there's no more left to skip through. I have tried clearing my cache, signing out and signing back in, restarting my computer (multiple times), etc... I can't download the app because this is a school computer but I would really like to be able to listen to music this year. Thank you!

Thanks for the post.

 

It sounds like there might be some networking ports blocked by your school's system administrator. This can be causing the web player to behave like this.

 

If you let us know the device model and OS version we can look into this further and offer some possible solutions.
