Keeps saying iam using wrong name or password (blackberry 9700 bold)

Hello,

I can't login. keeps telling me i have the wrong username or password. This is not the case.

I read somewere that you can clear the cache in System>settings but i can't find the system folder on my bb?

please help

Oh and i have a premium account, it's getting payed  paypal.

Are you logging in using a Spotify username and password or your Facebook details (so email address and password)?

Hi,

Your premium account is linked to your Facebook.  If you are having problems logging in, please try going to www.facebook.com/music on your mobile and then click on a track there.  That should force your Spotify open.

You may also find that updating your Facebook app (if installed) tends to help with this matter.
