Just to check, after you press play, does the songs start playing directly without any sound, or does the sound disappear at any specific points? Also, are you connected to wireless headphones or speakers when this happens?

If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log into their own Spotify account on any of your devices to see if the same thing occurs?

It would also be helpful if you could send a video showing how things look from your end, so that we can have a look as well. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
