Lost all my songs

All my songs + albums have dissapered !
I came on and the only 2 recent songs I added was the only one there 😞 I've already checked this with other people and I've seen suggestions to log in and out or log out of facebook and all but it dont work :((
I've already tried signing in with my username + email, and I've never logged in through facebook or used any of my phones to use spotify.
I never use starred thingy and playlist. The people I follow and those who follow me is still there.
