My account got suspended for no reason

I have been waiting an email from specialty team for a month. My account got suspended for no reason. I had a playlist and it Get some followers, first playlist got many time picture and description removal. After few days my account got suspended and İ contacted support and they have seen there is anything against Conditions and Terms on my Spotify account and they opened back but after than this it started again and my account closed again. This time i tried to contacted support and they have said "we do not have acces on your account specialty team will contact you via mail" ı waited a week. After a week later ı texted again to support and they have literally said same. I had literally Keep trying this many times and here I am. When ever ı contact with support they say send same automatic message they literally doesn't wanna help they are following only their protocol. And i have been waiting for a month ı tried every way even ı sent email to them many times but still no response. I just want my account back and i need help about this.
