No descarga las canciones de TuneFab

Hola a todos, tengo instalado en mi notebook HP el aplicativo Tune Fab Spotify Music Converter, el cual me permite descargar música de Spotify, el actual problema es que no me permite descargar o convertir las canciones y quisiera saber qué puedo hacer para solucionarlo, agradecido por sus ayudas y/o comentarios.

Keep in mind that Spotify gives you access to the full catalogue, and the ability to download and play tracks offline inside the app if you have a Premium subscription. However, it's not designed to download tracks in any kind of format outside of the Spotify app, and we don't officially support any third party app that claims to help with this. 

We always recommend making good use of the Spotify app and avoiding such illegal services.
