I'm trying to use Spotify on my PS4. The song plays but I can't hear any sound. I tried pressing square and maximizing the volume on Spotify but still no sound. I have no problem with sound when Spotify is not active. Tried reinstalling Spotify and restarting PS4. Does not help. 😞
